FESTIVAL REGULATIONS

Acceptable Items

We strive to present the best even possible for vendors and customers. Items should be hand crafted. Any items not hand crafted must be juried by the festival committee. Flea market, garage sale items, and firearms are not permitted. The Festival Committee reserves the right to request the removal of any objectionable items.

Set Up

Booths are approximately 10X10 and are located outdoors in designated areas on the gallery grounds. Vendors supply their own canopy, tables, etc. There is no electricity available. Set up begins at 8 am the day of the festival with clean up complete by 6 pm the same day. Tear down to commence no earlier than 4PM.

Booth Fees

Booth fees are $40 each. Fees are non-refundable after acceptance.

Parking

After unloading, please park in the designated vendor areas.
